Important Things to Note for Your Appointment

Arrival: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to unwind with a beer or bourbon at our bar or relax in our cozy living room area.
Parking: Convenient parking options include meters out front, the outdoor lot at Harrison & Dearborn, or nearby parking garages.
Tipping: Tips cannot be added to a card but can be given in cash or via any digital payment method your stylist accepts. For your convenience, there’s an ATM available in the salon.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in being charged for the full service.
